Propose Association Name change to Medlock Place from CCNA:
Due to the fact another neighborhood has begun using CCNA as their acronym and to provide better identity for our neighborhood, it is proposed the association name be changed to Medlock Place. A first-step or alternate method to a name change is to be Also Known As (AKA). Several steps were identified that needed to occur before a formal name change could occur. A motion was passed to begin use of the AKA scenario, with all present members voting for.

Propose change to dues term to be due on a calendar year basis:
According to the bylaws, dues are payable for each year beginning in April each year. It was suggested that the dues time frame be on a calendar year basis. This motion was passed, with all present members voting for the proposal.
